What areas do you currently serve?

We are currently serving Anthem, AZ residents only. If you live outside Anthem, you can join our wait list to be notified when we expand into your neighborhood.

How does the service work?

We place your trash cans at the curb before collection day and return them after pickup. You never have to drag them out or bring them back again.

What days do you provide service?

We follow your scheduled waste collection day. Service timing is coordinated around your trash provider’s pickup schedule.

What if I have more cans than my plan allows?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Or, you may add an additional can for $25/Mo. Based on your current plan you may want to upgrade to the appropriate coverage level.

What happens if I forget to leave access to my cans?

We do our best to complete service as scheduled. If access is blocked or gates are locked, service may be skipped for that cycle. We’ll notify you if there’s an issue.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days notice. We aim to make this easy and straightforward.

Do you offer vacation or temporary service?

Yes. We offer vacation coverage and temporary curb support. You can contact us for short-term adjustments.

Is CAN HERO insured?

Yes. We operate professionally and responsibly to protect both your property and our team. (StateFarm of Anthem is our Insurance Provider).

What if I live outside Anthem?

Join our expansion wait list. We will notify you before we launch in new service areas.

How do I get started?
